BLACKPIN APP TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT FOR CONSUMERS

Please find below the Terms & Conditions for users (“You”, The User (consumer)”) creating an account on the BlackPin application (“We”, “Us”, “BlackPin”). By continuing and creating a user account and using BlackPin, You are agreeing to these terms and conditions. If You do not agree to these terms and conditions, You must cease use of BlackPin and exit now.

 

  1. The user will be able to create a free account on the BlackPin mobile app.
  2. The user agrees to responsibly use the app for its intended purpose which is to find black-owned businesses near them.
  3. User agrees to not use the account for harm and harassment of the business.
  4. BlackPin is not liable to any interaction and transactions between business and user.
  5. Users agree to non-refundable voucher purchase.
  6. BlackPin agrees to not misuse or share credit card details for both Business and Users.
  7. These terms and conditions form a legally binding contract between the User and us in relation to the use of BlackPin. When the User is contacts a Business in relation to Services listed in BlackPin then the transaction for the supply of services is entered into between the Business and the customer on the Business’s terms and conditions or as otherwise agreed between the Business and the customer. We have no liability to the Business for the Business’s use of BlackPin and/or for a customer’s behaviour and payment and the Business contracts with a customer at the Business’s own risk.
  8. By creating an account You agree to receive periodic emails from Us. We will not pass your contact details on to any third parties and will not send you information on behalf of third parties.
  9. We may alter these terms and conditions from time to time and post the new versions at blackpinapp.com/terms, following which all use of BlackPin will be governed by that version. The Business must check the terms and conditions regularly.
